What's inside

Magnesium glycinate, GABA, L-theanine, ashwagandha, chamomile, reishi, chaga, dandelion root and gotu kola, with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, clove, black pepper and licorice. Whole grain oat milk powder and pea protein make it creamy, and monk fruit and xylitol sweeten it. See the label for full Supplement Facts.

Fill the included scoop to the marked line (not to the top) and mix two scoops into 8 oz of warm water or milk. Froth it if you like. Enjoy about an hour before bed.
