Refund policy

We want you to love your Hypnos order. Every product ships directly from the independent maker who produces it, and this policy explains what to do if something isn't right.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund for that item, and you won't need to send anything back.

Returns of unopened items

You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@byhypnos.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to, because each maker handles its own returns. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by you unless the return is because of our error, and original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping method, because we can't refund a return that doesn't arrive.

Items we can't accept back

For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used food, drinks, tea, coffee, supplements or body care products, unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Cancellations

Orders reach our makers quickly, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, it can be returned under this policy if it's unopened.

Refunds

We'll email you once your return is received and inspected, or once your damage claim is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to post it. If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first and then contact us.
