Who makes Hypnos products?
Independent makers we chose for their quality. For the morning, ReviTEAlize makes the Matcha Mushroom Latte Blend, Stoned Ape makes Xnergy A.M., and Long Run Co. makes CAFFYNE Energy Pouches. FreshCap Mushrooms makes the Six Mushroom Daily Blend, the Organic Mushroom Complex Capsules and our single-mushroom lion's mane, turkey tail and reishi products, Kaffico makes Vitality Mushroom Coffee, and MOSH makes the bars in the Wind Down Snack Pack. For the evening, Foria makes Shuteye Chai and Mellö Magnesium, Greek Superherbs makes Organic Greek Sleep Tea, and Come Alive Herbals makes Magnesium Mist. Each one packs and ships your order directly.
Does the mushroom coffee taste like mushrooms?
No. Vitality tastes like a smooth medium roast, with dark chocolate and cocoa notes and a gentle earthy finish.
Which products contain caffeine?
Vitality Mushroom Coffee, the Matcha Mushroom Latte Blend (from the matcha), Xnergy A.M. (100 mg per two-capsule serving) and CAFFYNE Energy Pouches (100 mg per pouch). We suggest keeping them to the first half of the day, and choosing either Xnergy or a CAFFYNE pouch rather than both. The Six Mushroom Daily Blend, all of the mushroom capsules, the reishi powder, Shuteye Chai, Organic Greek Sleep Tea and Mellö Magnesium are caffeine-free.
Are CAFFYNE pouches nicotine or tobacco?
No. They contain no nicotine or tobacco, just caffeine, L-theanine and vitamin B12 in a flavored pouch you hold in your lip.
How do I take the Six Mushroom Daily Blend?
Stir 1 scoop (1g) into coffee, tea, a smoothie or food once a day.
What's the difference between the Six Mushroom Daily Blend and the capsules?
Both come from FreshCap and contain the same six organic mushrooms. The blend is a powder you stir into a drink, and the capsules are easy to take on the go. Choose one or the other on a given day.
Which mushroom should I start with?
Lion's mane is our morning mushroom and helps support focus.* Turkey tail is an everyday mushroom that helps support immune function.* Reishi is our evening mushroom and helps support relaxation.* If you'd like them all at once, the Six Mushroom Daily Blend and the Mushroom Complex Capsules combine lion's mane, reishi, turkey tail, cordyceps, chaga and maitake. Can I use the products together?
The Hypnos products are designed for different parts of the day, and many people use several. In the morning, choose one caffeinated product at a time. In the evening, Shuteye Chai and Mellö Magnesium share several ingredients (magnesium, GABA and L-theanine), so choose one or the other on a given night. If you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before adding any supplement or herbal tea to your routine.
How do I use Magnesium Mist?
It's a spray for your skin, not something you swallow. Spray it onto your feet, wrists or stomach before bed and rub it in. It can tingle at first, especially on freshly shaved skin.
Are the products vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free?
The Six Mushroom Daily Blend is vegan and gluten-free, the Matcha Mushroom Latte Blend is vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free, the Wind Down bars are gluten-free, and Shuteye Chai is dairy-free. Each product page and package label lists full ingredients and allergens.
Do the Wind Down bars contain nuts?
Some flavors contain peanuts and tree nuts. Please check each wrapper for allergen information.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. Shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Each maker ships its own products, so an order with items from more than one maker arrives in separate packages, each with its own tracking link.
How do I track my order?

Returns
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Can I return an opened product?
For safety, we can't accept returns of opened food, drinks, supplements or body care unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns.
