Our Story
Hypnos is named for the Greek god of sleep. In the old stories he lived in a quiet cave where the sun never reached, a slow river murmured past, and poppies grew at the door. We liked the idea of a place like that: calm, unhurried and a little bit magic.
Most of us don't live in that cave. We live in full inboxes, long commutes and late nights. Hypnos is our answer: a small collection of everyday rituals that help you slow down and feel more like yourself, from your first cup in the morning to the moment the lights go off.
For me, the owner of Hypnos? I've curated and gathered all my personal favorite supplement ingredients and brands into one comprehensive place, easily laid out and easily digestible so you don't have to go searching the corners of the internet. What we look for
- Real ingredients. Functional mushrooms, matcha, adaptogens, herbal teas and magnesium from makers who publish exactly what's inside.
- Small, repeatable rituals. Things that fit into the day you already have, not a routine you need to rebuild your life around.
- Honest words. We'll tell you what an ingredient is traditionally used for and what it's meant to support. We won't promise miracles.
