Why it's part of the ritual
- Valerian and passionflower help support relaxation and restful sleep*
- Chamomile and lavender, two classic evening herbs, for a soothing cup
- Caffeine-free, whole leaf and 100% organic
- About 50 cups per 3.2 oz bag, and the leaves can be steeped twice
What's inside
Organic lavender buds, organic chamomile flowers, organic valerian root and organic passionflower.
Tasting notes
Earthy, woody and a little musky, which is how valerian tastes. A spoon of honey or a squeeze of lemon softens it nicely.
How to enjoy
Steep a heaping teaspoon in a cup of hot water for about 5 minutes, covered, then strain. Steep longer for a stronger cup, and enjoy 30 to 60 minutes before bed.
Good to know
Made by Greek Superherbs and shipped directly from them. Valerian can cause drowsiness, so don't drive or operate machinery after drinking. Not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing. If you take medication, especially sedatives, check with your doctor first. People with ragweed allergies may react to chamomile.
